The eco-circulation system at the Waldmichelbacher Hof
We breed with a 100-strong, hornless suckler cow herd of the best pedigrees. The beef offered in the restaurant comes predominantly from our own stable, the rest we obtain from the region, whereby the constantly outstanding quality is ensured.
The agricultural area is 170 ha of grassland and 30 ha of arable land. Maize, oats and triticale are cultivated on the arable land for our own fodder reserve.
The construction of a new biogas plant in 1994, which generates electricity and hot water for the entire farm from the slurry, points to ecological thinking.
The family always has an open ear for interested guests.
